Previous Experience

Previously held the roles of Chief Financial Officer at two ASX listed companies.

Specific experience in these companies includes acquisition execution and implementation, IPO process management, financial reporting and Company Secretarial.

Admitted to the Chartered Profession in 1984, and followed by over 10 years experience with "Big 4" Audit and Advisory organisations. Engagements conducted covered a diverse range of assignments across many industries and many sizes of organisations, including public company audit, treasury management, strategic planning and business valuations.

Gained corporate experience in several Australian food manufacturing companies, predominantly in the areas of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and budgeting, followed by financial management, mergers and acquisition and business start ups experience in the Asia Pacific region.

Previous consulting engagements include strategic planning, forecasting, business planning, risk management and financial year end assistance.
